Purpose

These terms govern access to the tipper.fr website and the Tipper app, a platform that connects individuals for parcel cotransportage. Tipper acts as a connection intermediary; the cotransportage is between individuals.

Access to the service

Tipper sign-up requires identity verification. Tipper may refuse or suspend an account for inaccurate information or breach of these terms.

Nature of the activity

Cotransportage is a non-professional activity: the Tipper carries a parcel on the occasion of a trip made on their own account and receives an expense contribution, with no relationship of subordination. See our legal framework.

Responsibilities

The Tipper is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for complying with the regulations applicable to their trips.
